Organization: Wingspans is a robust career platform that forges brighter futures through storytelling. We show students real people, from similar backgrounds, excelling in their fields, to model what is possible for them.

In a typical user journey, students take a story-driven assessment based on the Holland Code that matches them to the top ten high-growth and high-wage careers that align with their personalities. They explore careers through real-world stories, develop employability skills through a work-readiness curriculum, build a resume, and plan for their futures. Ultimately, their spirits are enkindled as they reimagine their futures and embark on their unique path.
